How did you get into volleyball? When did you start?
I started playing volleyball in 6th grade through the school and the love for the game grew each year. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play at Iowa State and the University of Northern Iowa. I have developed lifelong friendships from the sport and I am forever grateful.
What is your favorite thing about teaching and coaching?
My favorite thing about working as a counselor and coaching is the immediate impact you can have on a person’s life and the lifelong relationships that develop. Some of the most influential people in my life growing up were my coaches. I value the life skills that I developed from playing athletics and appreciate all of my coaches time.
What is the most rewarding part about your job?
Helping others- and empowering them to be the best version of themselves
Who does your family consist of? My husband Adam and three daughters

Favorite food is pizza from The OP and my favorite restaurant is Centro

Sweet Home Alabama and All American (Netflix series)
Hobbies outside of teaching & coaching?
I enjoy watching my kids play sports, working out, traveling to new places and shopping!
